Power and Grace by Coach Sarah Stack is an online conditioning for dancers program. There is no substitute for in-person training. Form corrections, exercise modifications and substitutions, and talking through any issues that arise can only happen face to face. However, today’s competitive dancers simply do not have the time to fit in multiple strength training sessions each week along with their team practices and commitments, and their studio schedules.
