
Power and Grace by Coach Sarah Stack is an online conditioning for dancers program. There is no substitute for in-person training. Form corrections, exercise modifications and substitutions, and talking through any issues that arise can only happen face to face. However, today’s competitive dancers simply do not have the time to fit in multiple strength training sessions each week along with their team practices and commitments, and their studio schedules. Power and Grace can be done from home and is accessible from your phone, requires minimal equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands), and includes the accountability to help you stick to the program.
Nutrition is a critical part of any conditioning program, so Power and Grace includes nutrition guidance and access to Coach Sarah curated recipe books.
Staying on top of your most important habits is the key to balancing everything that comes with being a competitive dancer: school, practice, studio schedule, and of course your strength training! Power and Grace offers habits check-ins for the most important habits teens can master for success in life: sleep, water intake, and servings of fruits and veggies!
